INNER ALCHEMY
A guided two-hour breathwork and sound inner journey designed to help you quiet the noise of old patterns and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
This session is designed to create space to release tension, gain clarity, and remember the part of you that isn’t defined by fear, past experiences, or self-doubt, better able to respond to life from your values rather than old protective patterns.

SAKINA
Sakina is an internationally recognized Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist, Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, and sound practitioner with over 10 years of experience in trauma-informed mind-body modalities.
Through breathwork, sound, and somatic practices, she creates experiences that invite greater presence, resilience, and connection to self and community. Her work is shaped by ongoing study with leading voices in the field, including Gabor Maté, Arielle Schwartz, and Nkem Ndefo.Widely known for her immersive group experiences, she offers supportive spaces for people to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and integrate life’s challenges with greater ease.

LUA
LUA is a Musician, a certified Sound Healer, Nāda Yoga teacher and Reiki master. From a rich artistic background, with a life-long career in professional theatre, she realized music and the voice as a true instrument to inner liberation and guidance. Her artistic craft evolved into spiritual devotion, deeply rooted in her Indigenous ancestry. Creator of The Holy Voice and Sana Moves, co-creator of Circle Song Orlando and Integrative Arts Director at The Sun of Freedom (Mt.Shasta) she has guided hundreds of people through retreats, ceremonies, and 1:1 sessions. Lua believes that creativity and true expression are innate to every human and a birth right for an optimal and purposeful life.
