We will close out the evening with a gentle guided breathwork practice and sound bath led by Sakina.
Bring something to share! This is a potluck event. We will open up the kitchen for communal cacao and snacks galore. Make sure to bring a spill proof water bottle to stay hydrated!
Afterwards, connect deeper with community as we wrap up the evening and say our goodbyes (until next time!)

Noonnahs
Noonnahs is a movement facilitator and community weaver who creates intentional dance spaces rooted in presence, curiosity, and embodied truth. Her work invites people to step out of habitual patterns and into direct experience through music, movement, and simple ritual.
Drawing from ecstatic dance, somatic practices, and cyclical wisdom, Noonnahs guides journeys that feel grounded, raw, and alive—spaces where people are free to explore, release, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
SAKINA
Sakina is an Integrative Somatic Therapist and Sound Practitioner who brings community together through breathwork and a variety of somatic modalities. She invites people into a space of clarity and connection within themselves, so that they can step out into the world from a space of truth instead of their wounds.
FLINT BLADE
Flint Blade weaves sonic textures from across the galaxy to create uplifting soundscapes live in the moment.
Channeling inspiration via electronics, beatbox, vocals and various world instruments, Flint has made a name for himself by mastery of the Chapman Stick — a rare, unique instrument most people have never even seen before.
Invented in 1969 California, the Stick combines bass and guitar into a full-range fretboard played exclusively by two-handed tapping; conjuring rich tapestries of sound full of whimsy and wonder.
Based in South Florida, Flint tours nationally, performing on festival stages, ecstatic dance floors and conscious spaces across the country while releasing beautiful bangers on High Vibe Records and his own label, In Love Records.
Drawing influence from diverse musical traditions, Flint is known to swirl it all in: ethereal new age; dub reggae; jazz; downtempo electronica and high energy house music all culminate into a signature “Jambient” sound that brings people out of their heads, into their bodies and onto the dance floor.
