TURN UP THE SOUL
We begin life psychic. As kids, we spoke and moved from our truth, guided by our soul from moment to moment. However, social programming, upbringing, and life’s twist and turns make it difficult to hear our soul. We can lose track of that voice within that guides us, living out of alignment over and over, until we realize we are surrounded by relationships that don’t fit us or a life that doesn’t fulfill us.
In this workshop, we’ll tune out the noise and turn up the volume on the soul, so that you can hear your inner guidance and make empowered and aligned choices to create a life that feels true to you.
Join interdisciplinary artist and spirit medium Zaneta as they guide participants through meditations, exercises, and partner practice to develop soul awareness and psychic senses. Specifically, we will cover how to focus, sense your soul, perceive your energy and the clairs, how to remain present and hear messages from within, and how to recenter in the vibration of love for alignment and clarity.

No prior experience is necessary, simply an open heart and willingness to practice. This is a 5-hour experiential workshop with a break for lunch. Please bring your own lunch, spill-proof water bottle, a journal, and wear comfy clothes to move in.

This experience offers a 1-2pm lunch break. Please bring a light lunch with you.
Combo tickets are available for Zaneta’s workshop SPIRITS OF THE LAND on Sunday, July 27th.

About the Practitioner

Zaneta

Zaneta (they.them) is a queer, multi-Filipinx interdisciplinary artist and spirit medium based in the Hudson Valley, NY. Drawing upon the work of their lola sa tuhód (great-grandmother) as a village hilot healer in the Philippines, Zaneta’s work reimagines our relationship with the more than human world through the relationality and reciprocity of sound and spirit mediumship as sacred forms of spiritual and ecological care. They host the Art Witch podcast and give spiritual readings for art and career, empowering creatives to realign with their soul’s work. They currently serve as the Environmental Artist in Residence at Marydell Faith and Life Center and are the recipient of the Brooklyn Arts Council Grant and the Strange Residency.
