LOVE IN MOTION

Love is connection, a felt sense, a playful exchange, a warm touch, an ooey gooey melting feeling when two beautiful souls create magic together. This Valentine’s Day, come celebrate your love with an afternoon of inspired connection through partner yoga, therapeutic acroyoga, Thai massage, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony.

We will begin the day with intention and centering as we open our circle with the sacred ritual of drinking cacao. Cacao, a fermented chocolate drink, invites you to open your heart to yourself, your partner, and our community. This sacred drink assists and guides you into a space of deep connection, healing, and self-love.

Once grounded and connected, you will move through a gentle partner yoga flow, preparing you for beginner-level therapeutic acroyoga poses as you learn how to stretch your partner in the air. As you return to the earth, you will learn a yummy Thai massage sequence as both giver and receiver, paired with essential oils, to deepen your intimacy and love for one another through this sensory delight!

Join us for this delicious day of love and connection. We can’t wait to share this magical experience with you!

THE PRACTITIONERS

Sarah Burnett

Sarah Burnett, lovingly known as “AcroSarah,” has been sharing her passion for yoga for over a decade, teaching in community spaces, music festivals, studios, and retreats. Sarah’s yoga journey began during her travels across Southeast Asia, Australia and India, where she immersed herself in the practice and beauty of yoga. She earned her 200-hour yoga certification in Rishikesh, diving deeply into a transformative experience that included philosophy, spirituality, ceremony, meditation, and asana.

Upon returning to her hometown and becoming certified in AcroYoga, Sarah co-founded the Orlando Acro Club. This vibrant community offers a safe and playful space for exploring the healing practices of AcroYoga and Thai Massage.

In addition to her yoga practice, Sarah is a mental health counselor, hypnotherapist, and psychedelic integration coach. She integrates somatic practices, guided visualizations, and nervous system regulation techniques into all her embodied offerings. This holistic approach allows her students full permission to honor and express their authentic selves on and off the mat.

Alicia Lowenstein

My name is Alicia, and I consider myself an infinite student of the Earth, the Moon, the stars, and yoga. These four passions define my spiritual journey and form the foundation of the unique energy I bring to my classes and sacred spaces. My love for yoga began in my teens, when I attended a class with my mother. I instantly fell in love with the practice—particularly the moving meditation that left me feeling connected, strong, and centered after each session. Yoga quickly became my sanctuary, offering a powerful way to de-stress, nourish my body, and create an organic, peaceful refuge from the relentless pace of modern life.

I completed my 500-hour yoga teacher training in the serene mountains of Costa Rica, where I also discovered my deep passion for holding yoga ceremonies. As a yoga guide, my goal is to help students cultivate a harmonious connection between mind, body, and soul, in a way that is both grounding and playful. I integrate my studies of astrology, spirituality, and the natural world into my teachings, encouraging students to tap into their most authentic selves—both on and off the mat.
