BODY DIALOGUE FOUNDATION SERIES – 3

Body Dialogue: Foundations Series
A 3-Part Experiential Series

This series is best experienced as a full progression, but you are welcome to join any individual session.

This series offers a practical and experiential introduction to Body Dialogue, exploring the core principles of embodied awareness, breathing coordination, and movement. While designed as a progressive series, each session can also be taken individually.

Session 3: The Listening Body – Movement as Medicine

Movement is medicine.

In this session, we explore Body Dialogue through movement and listening. Using guided practices on land (and optionally in the pool), we investigate how the body moves through resistance and how fascia contributes to overall health and vitality.

Listening is at the heart of Body Dialogue. You will learn how to tune into sensation, impulse, imagery, and emotion—and how to work with what arises in a grounded, responsive way.

This session offers practical tools for integrating awareness, breath, and movement, supporting a more connected, responsive, and embodied way of being.

This series is best experienced as a full progression, but you are welcome to join any individual session.
