RESET BREATHWORK

A RESET Breathwork Journey for Release, Reflection, and Renewal

Through intentional breath, guided visualization, and nervous-system-informed facilitation, you’ll be supported in releasing old self-doubt, reconnecting with your inherent worth, and creating space for a gentler, more grounded way of being with yourself.

Here’s what you need to know to prepare for Breathwork:

  • Dress in loose, comfy clothing
  • Bring your journal and water
  • Eye Mask to deepen the experience
  • Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in
  • Avoid food 30 minutes prior

Please note:
This breathwork experience is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have a history of seizures, severe cardiovascular conditions, or are currently experiencing severe mental health challenges.

If you’re unsure whether this experience is right for you, please reach out at ramneek@imwellness.org before registering. Your safety and well-being are the priority.

Helping individuals heal deeply, grow fully, and lead with clarity.

With a background in trauma therapy, mindset coaching, and breathwork facilitation, I specialize in guiding ambitious individuals through deep emotional healing, mindset shifts, and self-leadership. I founded IMWELLNESS to bridge the gap between healing and high performance, helping people not only process their past but also build a future filled with confidence, purpose, and inner peace. Whether through one-on-one sessions, group breathwork, or trauma support workshops, my goal is to help you break free from old patterns, reconnect with yourself, and create a life that feels aligned, successful, and fulfilling.
