WHAT WE CARRY

We all carry things forward from the people and families who shaped us: strengths, beliefs, expectations, traditions, roles, and patterns. Some continue to support who we are today. Others may no longer fit.

As we head into a season often centered around family and tradition, “What We Carry” offers an opportunity to pause and get curious about what you’ve inherited—and what you want to intentionally carry forward.

We’ll begin with a guided, interactive exploration of the legacies that shape us—both those we value and those we may want to relate to differently. From there, we’ll move into a facilitated breathwork experience, creating space to explore the topic beyond simply thinking or talking about it.

We’ll close with time for quiet reflection and integration, so you can leave with greater awareness of what you’re carrying and more intention around what you choose to carry forward.
