This 7-week journey invites you to step away from the internal and external noise that disrupts your connection to the natural silence and inner wisdom within. Each week we will explore the different aspects of preparation- the practical, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual – so we can fully inhabit a space of stillness.
Through guided practices, journaling, self-reflection, and group sharing, you’ll create the foundations for a meditation and mindfulness practice that integrates naturally into your daily life. This program is designed to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and at peace, with a deeper capacity for stability and happiness that you can carry into all areas of your life.

Q&A
What if I’ve never meditated before?
Perfect. This program is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re new to meditation or returning to it after a break. You’ll receive gentle guidance, step by step, with clear instructions and plenty of support.
What if I’m already a regular meditation practitioner?
Perfect, also. You will learn practices and perspectives that will deepen your practice. It’s a great opportunity to arrive with a Beginner’s Mind and revisit and reinvent your existing practice. While many of our students have a regular home practice, they yearn to sit alongside others who share the same intention of silence and self-awareness.
I’m really busy. What if I miss a session?
We get it. Life happens. Our recommendation is to attend all sessions, especially if you’re brand new to meditation.. Like building blocks, they will stack on top of each other. However if you’re a seasoned practitioner or have attended Puja’s meditation classes before, then you can skip a session and Puja will catch you up.
I’ve tried to meditate but it doesn’t work! Will this work?
Many people become discouraged from a regular meditation practice because they feel like they’re not getting it right. The truth is, while there are some timeless practices and techniques, meditation is a very subjective journey. You’ll learn to create your own customized practice from this program, one that lights you up, brings you home to yourself, and inspires you to commit in a cadence that works for you.
Is this therapy?
No. This is not a substitute for mental health treatment or therapy. It’s a mindfulness-based learning journey focused on clarity, presence, and practical tools for self-regulation and self-awareness for daily life.
What do I need to bring or prepare?
A journal, a spill-proof bottle, an open mind and an open heart please!
I’m not sure I can sit still for long periods. Will that be a problem?
Not at all. We build up to longer sits gradually and also incorporate movement, mindful walking, and rest and reflection into the experience. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and find what works for you.
How is this different from other meditation programs?
This isn’t just about technique, it’s about integration. We’ll explore how stillness can live in your body, schedule, relationships, and values. You’ll walk away with a sustainable practice and a renewed sense of clarity, peace, and connection.
