Join us for a powerful workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to lose touch with who we truly are beneath the stress, expectations, and daily distractions. This session is an invitation to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Led by Ramneek Kaur, a trauma-focused therapist and certified RESET Breathwork facilitator, this experience will guide you through a journey of self-exploration using group discussions and RESET Breathwork. Through intentional breathwork, you will have the opportunity to release what no longer serves you, gain clarity, and create space for self-connection, peace, and empowerment.

Whether you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space for healing and renewal. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, present, and reconnected to your inner wisdom.

THE PURPOSE

My purpose with RESET Breathwork is to help individuals step into healing and creation. Through breathwork, I provide an avenue for people to access and release traumas, limiting beliefs, and stuck emotions—allowing them to reclaim their energy and rewrite the impact of past echoes. We are not meant to simply push forward while carrying so much weight from the past. When we don’t release, it becomes harder to move through life, and we start believing narratives that tell us we aren’t good enough or that we don’t have the energy. But the truth is, when we release, we create energy for ourselves. When we release, we get to craft a new narrative—one that allows us to co-create, expand, and flourish.

RESET Breathwork is about more than just letting go. It’s about feeling alive in your pain, rather than numb or disconnected. It’s about honoring what has been while making space for what’s possible. When we allow ourselves to truly feel, we unlock the power to heal. With RESET Breathwork, you will walk away feeling lighter, joyful, and empowered. You’ll experience a simple yet powerful 3-part breathing practice (RESET Breathwork) with music while laying down, and I will guide you the whole way. No prior experience is needed.

This is MORE than a slow-breathing meditation class, or pranayama that you may have practiced in yoga, or techniques like Wim Hof. This is a workout for your mind, body, emotions, energy, and soul.
