Following your RESET Breathwork journey, you’ll be invited into a calming tea experience — a space to reflect, recalibrate, and reconnect.
In this tea circle, the focus is up to you. You may choose to craft a blend that supports a specific goal you uncovered during breathwork, or simply create a soothing infusion to calm your mind and body after deep self-exploration.
The art of tea is not about perfection or quick fixes. It’s a gentle practice — a small, intentional step on the path of healing. Each blend you create becomes a reflection of your needs, a way to explore what lies beneath feelings like anxiety, tension, or unease.

Here’s what you need to know to prepare for Breathwork:
- Dress in loose, comfy clothing
- Bring your journal and water
- Eye Mask to deepen the experience
- Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in
- Avoid food 30 minutes prior
- Please do not register if you are pregnant or recently post-natal (6 weeks or less)
