Most people call this self-sabotage.
They think it means they’re lazy, undisciplined, or not motivated enough.
But the truth is something different.
Self-sabotage is often a story your nervous system learned a long time ago- a story designed to keep you safe.
Safe from failure.
Safe from judgment.
Safe from being seen.
Safe from disappointment.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the hidden patterns beneath self-sabotage and the stories that keep them running.
Through guided reflection and a powerful RESET Breathwork experience, you’ll learn how to recognize the protective patterns that hold you back- and begin creating a new relationship with yourself so you can move forward with clarity and self-trust.
Because when you understand the story behind the pattern,
you stop fighting yourself- and start moving with yourself.
Here’s what you need to know to prepare for Breathwork:
– Dress in loose, comfy clothing
– Bring your journal and water
– Eye Mask to deepen the experience
– Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in
– Avoid food 30 minutes prior
