KARMA YOGA

This spring, we gather in the spirit of Karma Yoga

This is not the yoga class you are familiar with.
It is a space to pause, to soften, and to reconnect with yourself.

We will move through a breath-led gentle flow, allowing the body to release tension and the nervous system to settle. The practice is slow, intentional, and rooted in awareness.

You will be guided into moments of reflection, creating space to observe what is present within, followed by a meditation to steady the mind and deepen your connection inward.

We will close with a sound bath, offering the body a chance to fully receive, integrate, and rest.

Karma Yoga begins with awareness of your breath, your presence, and the intention behind your actions.

Come as you are.

This event has passed

...but we're open to doing it again.

About the Practitioner

Arieta Berisha Kirk

Arieta Berisha Kirk

Arieta Berisha Kirk, E-RYT 500, founder of A-WELL Yoga in Sanford, Florida, and online, teaches yoga as a path of honest self-inquiry.

With a background in clinical psychology and neuroscience, and over a decade of yoga teaching experience, her classes begin with quiet observation of self, meeting the breath before movement so the nervous system can settle and practice can arise from awareness, not performance.

Arieta believes yoga begins the moment we are willing to meet ourselves with truth.
Her mission is simple: to help people understand why they practice, so yoga becomes a way of living.
