6 Senses Immersive Breathwork

During this workshop participants will using a powerful form of breathing to connect to their senses.

What to expect during this session:

  • To learn the importance of proper breathing and how this type of breathwork affects the body, mind, and emotions
  • Learn about interoceptive awareness and why it is important to strengthen this sense and how we can use this awareness to navigate life’s challenges in a more effective manner
  • Together we will practice the breathing technique. This is a very powerful, 2 part, circular form of breathing.
  • You will lie down and breathe for 30-35 minutes ending in a 15-20 minute calm relaxed meditation.

During the session you will be guided to connect to your most basic senses as well as interoception.

  • Sound – Everyone will be given a special pair of sanitized, noise cancelling, headphones, so you will be able to choose the volume that you prefer for the musical journey
  • Sight – New eye mask to wear for a completely immersive experience, feel free to bring your own.
  • Smell – Gentle aroma therapy
  • Touch – Reiki, light pressure, scalp, or temple massage performed by reiki master Antionette.
  • Taste – Organic herbal tea and a small healthy treat post session
  • Interoception – Using the circular breathing exercise you will be guided to connect to this awareness

  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket
  • Water
  • Journal & pen
  • Avoid eating at least 30 min before the session
  • Dress comfortably you will be lying on the floor
