YOGA MASSAGE FUSION

A night of rejuvenation will begin with a Hatha style yoga warm up, leading into a restorative style class where we will hold the poses a bit longer to allow for your instructor, Gretchen, to infuse your practice with massage. Wrapping up our time together Gretchen will lead you through a guide visualization annd into a meditative state with yoga nidra (yogic sleep).

Please bring a yoga mat, spill proof bottle, and wear something that will allow you to move comfortably and relax deeply.
I also recommend, but do not require, the following props: yoga block (1-2), bolster (Alternatively a large pillow- the more dense the better), and a blanket (just big enough to cover your own body).

Hi I’m Gretchen! I have been a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2017 and a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2023. I believe that connecting the mind and body allows you to feel your body. When we can feel our body we can make the adjustments necessary to function at our highest level. Our minds benefit from stillness and our bodies benefit from movement, so combining the elements of yoga and massage are my passions for optimal wellness.
