KUNDALINI AWAKENING

WINTER TO SPRING, ALIGNING WITH NATURE’S CREATIVE CYCLE

Join Michelle Dellene MMS, PA-C, RYT for a powerful Kundalini Awakening on Sunday March 22nd, 2026. As we transition from Winter to Spring, we can choose to intentionally align with nature’s creative cycle awakening from stillness to charge forward with inspired action.

In this Kundalini workshop we will practice Kriya yoga, an ancient yogic technology to awaken the divine feminine energy known as Shakti, that resides latent within all of us. As Shakti awakens and rises she undulates around each of our chakras, healing and expanding our energetic system.

This powerful practice involves holding specific postures for a prescribed time, implementing intentional control of the breath known as pranayama and producing sacred mantra through chanting to heal the body, soften the mind, strengthen focus, enhance will power and bring the central nervous system into balance.

When we practice kundalini in community the healing effect is synergistic. Together we uplift our collective consciousness and support each other’s expansion ✨

Wear white clothes you can move in, a water bottle for hydration and an open heart ♥
