A RESET Breathwork Journey for Release, Reflection, and Renewal

Here’s the truth most of us don’t hear enough:

Your worth is not something you earn.
It’s something you learn how to receive.

So many of us have spent years trying to be better, do more, heal faster, or prove that we’re enough- especially in our relationships, our work, and our lives.

This breathwork is an invitation to stop striving for your worth…
and start remembering it.

In this RESET Breathwork journey, we’ll explore what it feels like to meet yourself without conditions—to soften the parts of you that learned to perform for love, approval, or safety.

This experience is for you if:

  • You’ve done the work, but still feel like you have to try to be “enough”
  • You struggle to receive love, rest, or recognition without guilt
  • You know your worth intellectually, but don’t always feel it in your body
  • You want to build a deeper, steadier relationship with yourself

Through intentional breath, guided visualization, and nervous-system-informed facilitation, you’ll be supported in releasing old self-doubt, reconnecting with your inherent worth, and creating space for a gentler, more grounded way of being with yourself.

Here’s what you need to know to prepare for Breathwork:

  • Dress in loose, comfy clothing
  • Bring your journal and water
  • Eye Mask to deepen the experience
  • Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in
  • Avoid food 30 minutes prior

This breathwork experience is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have a history of seizures, severe cardiovascular conditions, or are currently experiencing severe mental health challenges.
