The Embodied Woman | A Journey Within
A Weekend Retreat Led by GiGi Madl
Join us for a transformative weekend immersion designed to reconnect you with the power of your true essence. This immersion is a guided journey where you’ll engage in physical practices both solo and in partnership exercises with other women. The weekend will include yoga-like practices, Qi-Gong designed exercises, breathwork and Sacred Circle work. Together, these practices work to dissolve emotional patterns, landing internally in a profound embodied state, and guide you to choose and fully embody your desired state of BEING.
This isn’t just a workshop—it’s a deeply enriching weekend practicing with other women to awaken to your inner self, calm the mind, and tap into a collective field that calls forth qualities lying dormant within. Through intimate and purposeful practice, you’ll realign with the deepest parts of your inner-knowing, remembering who you are beneath the constant doing and instead grounding deeply in your chosen state of BEING.
