She specializes in trauma recovery, couples work, and helping people reconnect to themselves and their relationships in meaningful, healing ways. Known for her down-to-earth, compassionate approach, Dr. Williams brings deep knowledge and real-world experience to her work. She’s passionate about making complex ideas like attachment theory and parts work feel accessible and empowering, especially for those who may feel unsure or overwhelmed by the idea of diving into trauma work. Serena Yeager, LMHC is a trauma-focused, IFS trained psychotherapist.
