ROOTED & WHOLE PART 2

Join us for a dynamic panel exploring the intersection of attachment theory and the foundations of parts work in trauma healing.

This session dives deeper into the landscape of your inner world. We’ll explore what “parts” actually are – those different aspects of yourself that carry distinct emotions, beliefs, and protective strategies – and how they actively influence your relationships every day.

Discover how parts formed through insecure attachment patterns show up in your connections with others. Whether it’s the part that withdraws when things get too close, the part that becomes anxious when someone seems distant, or the part that tries to control outcomes to feel safe – we’ll explore how these internal dynamics play out in real relationships.

You’ll learn practical ways to recognize your parts in action, understand their protective intentions, and begin developing a more compassionate relationship with the full spectrum of who you are. We’ll examine how different attachment styles create specific part patterns and how awareness of these dynamics can transform your relational experiences.

Perfect for anyone wanting to deepen their self-understanding, improve relationship patterns, or simply curious about how our internal world shapes our external connections. Come ready for insights that bridge psychology and lived experience, with plenty of space for questions and real-world application.
