Every dish is a love letter to the land, the dedicated farmers who nurture it, and the simple joy of sharing good food. From tender, slow-cooked meats to vibrant vegetarian creations, there’s a plate here to delight every palate.

None of this would be possible without our local farmers, whose tireless commitment to sustainable practices, like regenerative farming for our meats and organic growing for our produce, makes this night truly extraordinary.

But that’s not all—this guy’s a culinary trailblazer too! As the mastermind behind Swamp Boil, he fused Vietnamese flair with Cajun spice, serving up Gainesville a taste of something totally unique. For Son, food isn’t just fuel—it’s a superpower that builds bridges and sparks connection. Armed with an anthropology background and a storyteller’s soul, he turns every meal into a memory, every gathering into a vibe. Whether he’s nailing real estate wins or dreaming up ways to bring people together, Son’s all about inspiring joy and weaving community, one dish—or deal—at a time.
 
Meet Sacha Foxx—the flavor fanatic who can’t help but turn every ingredient into a mouthwatering masterpiece. Before moving back to Florida from Chicago, she spent eight years soaking up the Windy City’s bold food scene—think spicy, soulful vibes that still inspire her cooking today. Now settled in Gainesville, she’s all about its farm-fresh treasures, weaving them into her culinary magic. When she’s not crafting beats as a music producer, she’s whipping up feasts for her Altamonte Springs crew—the lucky folks she’s always feeding.
