In addition to meaningful conversations and connections, the event will feature a discussion panel on Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. We are thrilled to welcome three esteemed guests to share their expertise:

  • Sarah Burnett, licensed therapist trained in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
  • Pamela Goldsmith, licensed therapist trained in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
  • Eric Milbrandt, MD, a leading voice in the integration of psychedelics in medicine

The panel will be moderated by Imane El Ghazouani, Director of Center Street – A Place for the Heart. Together, we’ll explore the therapeutic benefits of ketamine, its applications in mental health, and the future of this transformative treatment.

Meet our panelists:

Sarah Burnett

Sarah Burnett is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#16161) with extensive training in trauma healing, emotional well-being, and integrative approaches to mental health. As a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Coach, Sarah brings a compassionate and holistic lens to her work.

Her expertise includes advanced certifications in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), the Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, allowing her to guide clients toward healing and deeper connections.

Sarah is also a Master Hypnotherapist and Past-Life Regression Therapist trained through OMNI, helping individuals unlock subconscious patterns and find clarity. As a Registered Yoga Teacher and instructor in AcroYoga and Thai Bodywork, she incorporates somatic practices into her therapeutic approach.

In the psychedelic realm, Sarah is a Certified Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist, Psychedelic Integration Coach, and Somatic Psychedelic Facilitator. She guides clients through group and 1:1 psychedelic journeys allowing them to release old patterns and tap into their inner wisdom of spiritual truth and deep knowing.

With a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate their healing journeys, Sarah is committed to creating a safe, nurturing space for transformation and growth.

Pamela Goldsmith

Pam is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with 26 years of experience, known for her practical and down-to-earth approach. Born and raised in Central Florida, she pursued psychology at the University of Florida and later found her true calling at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. There, she specialized in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, integrating spirituality with traditional therapeutic methods. Pam’s unique style blends mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, existential psychology, Gestalt therapy, art therapy, breathwork, and somatic therapy. She is also a ketamine-assisted therapist and advocates for the use of plant medicine in healing. Pam’s commitment to personal growth and authenticity drives her to continuously learn and grow, both for herself and her clients.

Currently residing in Central Florida with her family and pets, Pam enjoys reading, learning, traveling, and teaching psychology at Valencia College. Her work is not just a job but a calling, an art, and a passion. She finds profound joy in helping clients uncover their inner strengths and achieve peace and happiness. Pam’s easy demeanor, honesty, and deep devotion to her practice make her a trusted and effective therapist.

Eric Milbrandt, MD

Dr. Eric Milbrandt is an Addiction Medicine MD and Certified Trauma Professional specializing in mental health as well as addiction and trauma recovery. “My mission is to help those who are hurting, especially those struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and/or addiction.”

His clinic, Oasis Wellness & Recovery, has been open in Ocala, FL for over six years and provides a variety of wellness services. These include IV ketamine infusions for mood disorders and addiction; medication-assisted treatment of opioid addiction using medically proven Suboxone and other buprenorphine medications; individual counseling and ketamine-assisted therapy; IV vitamin therapy, and other wellness services.

Dr. Milbrandt collaborates with over 60 therapists in 9 states providing medical evaluations and troche/RDT prescriptions for therapist-led KAP programs. “Working with KAP therapists is a way for me to help many more people than I could on my own. I love the professional synergism with KAP therapists. We can learn so much from each other.”
