Collective Breath

Guided by Pamela Goldsmith, LMHC 

Join us for Collective Breath, a monthly gathering for our community to come together, breathe, and connect within a non-directive, self-paced space.

Each session is guided by licensed mental health counselor and long-time Center Street supporter, Pamela Goldsmith. Pam curates a powerful musical landscape and offers gentle guidance, while each participant breathes at the rhythm that feels right for their body.

This experience is activating, designed to bring energy to the system rather than create a state of deep relaxation. It can be grounding and regulating for some, but the intention is to stir, awaken, and move what wants to move.

Pam’s musical selection is nothing short of transformative. With a deep interest in the healing properties of sound and its impact on altered states of consciousness, her research study at the California Institute for Integral Studies focused on music for ketamine-assisted therapy.

Whether you are new to breathwork or a long-time practitioner, this is a space for community, curiosity, and embodied presence.

ABOUT THE PRACTITIONEr

Pamela Goldsmith is a licensed mental health counselor, educator, and founder of Inner Light Counseling in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Her work bridges the science of psychology with the art of healing, weaving together traditional therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), breathwork, EMDR, and psychedelic integration.
As both a therapist and psychology professor, Pamela creates spaces where authenticity, curiosity, and compassion guide deep transformation. She draws from years of experience facilitating individual and group journeys, helping clients reconnect with their innate wholeness and wisdom.
She blends experiential practices with evidence-based insight, inviting participants to explore consciousness, healing, and self-discovery with grounded presence and a touch of humor. Pamela believes that the path to healing is not about becoming someone new, but remembering who we already are.
