A Taste of Presence Practice™
Come Curious. Leave Present.
When was the last time you were fully here? Not thinking about what comes next, replaying what already happened, or wondering what to say. Just here, experiencing life as it unfolds.
What if presence isn’t something we have to find, but something we can practice?
As part of Center Street’s donation based Open Door Series, we’re opening the doors for a taste of Presence Practice™ with creator Lyndsay Hailey.
Through a playful blend of improvisation, movement, breathwork, and awareness exercises, Lyndsay offers a glimpse into her transformative methodology, guiding us out of our thinking minds and into the experience of being present. An opportunity to explore what happens when we stop anticipating, start listening, and allow ourselves to respond to life as it unfolds.
And then, we slow down.
Following the one hour guided experience, we’ll open the garden for 30 minutes of integration. Bring a blanket, find a cozy spot beneath the trees, journal, reflect, connect with others, or simply lie back and listen to the world around you.
No agenda. No expectations. Just space to notice what comes alive when we give ourselves permission to be.
Come for a taste of presence. Stay awhile and see what unfolds.
